The remote assistance app AUSER evolves AUSER’s current telephone service for vulnerable and older people.
Using video calls increases empathy and improves relationship between operator and users, allowing to verify and report social fragility conditions to local social services. User is able to interact with AUSER and other people, like relatives enabled by AUSER to use the same app.
The App allows to manage safety video call. User receives the call within the Auser App, with no possibility of misunderstanding or external intrusion.
